Effective from August 2026. Please review these terms carefully before booking your Sri Lanka holiday with Pearl Trips Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.
Your tour contract with Pearl Trips Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is officially confirmed once we issue a formal reservation confirmation voucher following verified receipt of your non-refundable 30% advance deposit. You are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate passport details, dates, and flight arrival information; our operations desk bears no liability for supplemental costs or delays arising from client misinformation.
All tour quotes are calculated and specified in USD or EUR. Payments must be processed securely via our verified online payment gateway or direct telegraphic bank wire transfer. International bank wire fees, intermediary correspondent charges, and currency conversion charges must be covered fully by the client.

Our private tourist vehicles include comprehensive fuel, commercial passenger insurance, driver allowances, and all expressway tolls. Chauffeur guides operate under strict Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) guidelines regarding road safety and statutory duty hours. Unscheduled mileage or unauthorized routing detours requested during the journey will incur additional standard per-kilometer fuel and chauffeur charges.
Pearl Trips Lanka acts as an authorized destination management facilitator and is not liable for performance failures, delays, or route alterations caused by Force Majeure events (such as natural disasters, adverse marine conditions, civil disturbances, air traffic strikes, epidemic restrictions, or government border notices). Furthermore, we bear no liability for acts, faults, or omissions of independent third-party operators (such as national park jeep drivers, regional train networks, or independent water sports vendors).
Personal Insurance Notice: Standard tour packages arranged by Pearl Trips Lanka do not include personal medical, luggage loss, or personal accidental insurance. Personal insurance policies are arranged only upon explicit request and prior written confirmation. We strongly mandate that all visitors obtain comprehensive international travel and health insurance covering emergency medical evacuation, hospital bills, and luggage loss. Guests undertaking adventure activities (such as whale watching, deep sea diving, or mountain trekking) participate at their own discretion and risk.
This contract is governed by and construed under the legal statutes of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any formal claims or legal disputes arising from tour execution shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
